My first instinct is that it's fake? And science tells me that too, since cell phones don't emit microwaves, and even if they did, it would have to be microwaves calibrated to the frequency of water to create the vibration frequency that household microwaves target. But the other side of me is really hoping its true because that would just be amazing.
